Website terms of use

Using this site

These terms apply to your use of techinquest.com. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Techinquest software is provided under separate written agreements with each customer, and those agreements, not these terms, govern the products.

Information, not advice

The content on this site, including articles, guides, checklists and worked examples, is general information about hospital supply chain, contracting and finance work and about our products. It is not legal, accounting, tax, financial or clinical advice, and it does not replace advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation. Worked examples use illustrative figures. Check any decision against your own contracts, policies and advisers.

No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and current, but we provide it as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the site or its content, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Product descriptions summarize features and may change. Where a customer agreement says something different, the agreement controls.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Techinquest is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content.

We link to research publishers and other sites we think are useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement.

Other names, trademarks and publications mentioned on this site belong to their owners, and mentioning them does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
